(I’ll try to explain this as if Finland was a person!)
Finland lives in a bare-looking big house on top of a hill, far from his neighbours. His yard is huge and his house is surrounded with forest. He is really wealthy and rich, but he doesn’t have many friends, most people don’t even know where he lives. And if someone comes to visit, he is most likely to hide and play that he is not at home, because he’s very antisocial. He also has a bad habit with alcohol, and when he drinks he is even more gloomy than normally. He likes building and making inventions, and there’s always the newest technology in his house. His house is decorated in very ascetic way. People in his village often buys the things he builds from him. He is also highly educated and healthy, though he might be a bit overweight. The music he listens is mostly really depressing.
Finland loves winter sports and hates losing, especially to his neighbours. His neighbours don’t really even care, for Russia Finland is just a piece of annoying dirt next to his huge mansion and Sweden is too busy having classy parties with Norway and Denmark. Sometimes Finland goes to visit Estonia, but Estonia gets pissed because Finland drinks all the booze from his closet and then starts either crying or being aggressive.
There’s also someone living on Finlands attic, but he really doesn’t communicate with that person, as he doesn’t with anyone. Their relationship is sort of weird.
Often Finland goes outside and wanders in the woods. He was raised by teachings of lutheran church, but nowadays he doesn’t seem to have much connection to christianity. So he walks in the forest, maybe being drawn to his old gods, or maybe he just doesn’t believe in anything anymore. At least he doesn’t like talking about his beliefs with anyone, it’s too personal he says.
